Hypertext links in HTML (draft)

      AUTHOR
         The AUTHOR relationship identifies a hypertext link to
         an author.

         The hypertext link may be to the author's home page, a
         biography, an audio or video clip, or an agent which sends mail
         to the author (e.g., using the `mailto:' scheme).
