Meta data profiles (MP)

Description

This document defines relationships and provides metadata, for instance in RDF. And MP is an extensible metadata vocabulary conforming to the W3C's RDF.

Note that since a profile is defined for the HEAD element, the same profile applies to all META and LINK elements in the document head.

Schemas

MP has an RDF Schema available. This document contains an <xi:include> element [XInclude] which points to an RDF Schema into external document.

Modules

The [RFC2731] can be used to associate an element name prefix with the reference definition of the element set.

GRDDL

An appropriate XSLT processor can be run against XSLT style sheet for RDF extraction in order to extract RDF metadata from an XHTML document using GRDDL.

The output of this can be seen as RDF,for example.
